Delicious Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Vegetables in Minutes
Ingredients:

1 package of cauliflower pasta (Dollar Tree).
2 cups fresh tomatoes (can be cherry tomatoes).
1 clove of garlic.
1/2 onion.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh basil (optional).
Preparation:
Cook the cauliflower pasta according to the package directions (boil in salted water for 6-8 minutes until al dente).
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped garlic and onion until golden.
Add the tomatoes, cut into halves or small cubes. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, lightly mashing the tomatoes to release their juices.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh basil at the end for an aromatic touch.
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve hot.
